Strawberry Syrup

 

This homemade strawberry syrup is bursting with fresh berry flavor—perfect for cocktails, desserts, or drizzling over your favorite treats.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup white sugar

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 10 small strawberries or 5 big strawberries (Honestly adjust to your preference!)

Instructions:

Cocktail

  1. Put all the ingredients into a small pot

  2. Simmer on low heat until the syrup thickens slightly and reaches your desired flavor. For me, it took about 20 minutes to get the perfect taste.

  3. Strain out the strawberries and save them for later—they make a great topping for yogurt, ice cream, oatmeal, and more.

  4. Transfer the liquid to an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator. Use within two weeks.
