A silky blend of chamomile-infused apple brandy and vanilla vodka, brightened with a delicate egg white foam for a soft, velvety finish. Floral, subtly sweet, and warmly comforting—this cocktail captures the peaceful essence of an orchard in both blooming spring and golden autumn at dusk.

Ingredients:

• 1 egg white

• 1.5 oz chamomile-infused apple brandy

• 0.5 oz vanilla vodka

• 3/4 oz lemon juice

• Optional: 1 tsp simple syrup

• Optional: Garnish with chamomile flowers.

Instructions:

1. In a cocktail shaker, combine egg white, the chamomile-infused apple brandy, vodka and lemon juice. Please add syrup if you would like.

2. Add ice cubes and shake.

3. Pour the mixture into a cocktail glass.

4. Optional: Garnish with chamomile flowers.
