Sencha-Infused Shochu

 
 

A smooth and aromatic infusion, Sencha-Infused Shochu combines the delicate, grassy notes of sencha green tea with the clean, crisp character of shochu. The result is a balanced spirit with subtle vegetal flavors and a refreshing undertone, perfect for sipping or mixing into cocktails with a touch of sophistication.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp sencha leaves

  • 4.5 oz shochu

Instructions:

Cocktail

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a glass container.

  2. Let it infuse for around 24 hours—but if you’re happy with the flavor sooner, go ahead and use it!

  3. After the infusion, strain the mixture to separate the leaves and obtain your sencha-infused shochu.
