Tucked away in the most unexpected place, an ice cream shop, this hidden gem is full of surprises. When you enter a shop called Craft Creamery, just ask the staff and they’ll guide you through a secret door and down a stunning hallway to reveal a speakeasy that’s truly one-of-a-kind. I wasn’t expecting to be so impressed—it’s cool, classy, and an absolute must-visit. Don’t miss out on this fresh Vegas find!
Let’s start with the interior—it’s stunning! The space is vibrant and stylish yet has a calming vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. It’s modern chic with a unique twist, and I absolutely loved it.

Now, let’s talk about the food. Typically, bars aren’t where I expect to find great food, but the CC Speakeasy completely proved me wrong! Their menu is extensive, making it almost impossible to choose because everything looks so delicious. Honestly, you can’t go wrong—every dish we ordered was a hit! That said, the real star for me was the dish called Red Snapper—it totally caught me off guard in the best way possible. The lemon butter sauce with lentils and fish was perfection—rich, flavorful, and beautifully balanced. A must-try for sure! I also was pleased with the Beef Wellington Bites.

Now, let’s talk drinks! The cocktails at CC Speakeasy are a total experience—from taste to presentation to the sheer variety of options, everything was incredible. They use unique ingredients and creative combinations I’d never encountered before, making it such an exciting adventure for my taste buds.
Take the Millionaire cocktail (pictured right under the title of this post)—easily my favorite. I’ll admit, the edible rice paper money clipped to the glass is what first caught my eye (I mean, how fun is that?), but the ingredients sealed the deal. With bourbon, an anise- and licorice-flavored apéritif, and more, the flavor was just as impressive as the presentation. And yes, you can actually eat the “money”!
Another standout was the Vesper Cocktail with Caviar (shown above). Made with vodka, gin, and Lillet Blanc, it’s bold and full of character. My partner loved it, but I found it a bit strong for my personal taste. Still, the Lillet Blanc was a cool addition, adding a subtle sweetness that made the drink unique. Even if it wasn’t my favorite, I can see why it’s a hit with others!

The Aztec Gold cocktail (pictured above) was another standout! If you’re a fan of pineapple flavors with a smoky mezcal twist, this one’s for you. It was balanced, refreshing, and packed with flavor.
What really stood out to me was how well the cocktails paired with the food we ordered. For me, that’s a big deal—it elevates the entire experience when the drinks and dishes complement each other so perfectly. CC Speakeasy absolutely nailed it on both fronts!
Dealers Choice

One of the coolest parts of this bar is the Dealer’s Choice option, where you roll the dice, and they create a custom cocktail based on the results! We rolled ‘rum’ and ‘bitters,’ and the cocktail they crafted (pictured above) was absolutely perfect. It’s such a fun and interactive way to try something new.
The Dealer’s Choice is ideal for anyone feeling indecisive or those looking to add an extra layer of excitement to their night. And don’t worry—if you roll a base spirit, you’re not a fan of, they’ll let you re-roll until you land on something you’re excited to try. It’s a playful twist that really adds to the experience!

The Zen Garden cocktail (pictured above) was a refreshing delight with its unique combination of yuzu liqueur and a subtle kick of black pepper. It’s light, zesty, and perfect if you’re looking for something crisp yet complex.

The Lolli Pop Chicken Wings with fusion mole were absolutely delicious! Juicy, flavorful, and perfectly coated, they’re a must-try for anyone who loves a good twist on a classic.
To top it all off, the night ended on a sweet and spectacular note with the Chocolate Tres Leches Cake. Not only was it decadent and rich, but they also put on a mini show when serving it! I believe it was rum they lit on fire, pouring it over the cotton candy and cake for a dramatic and unforgettable presentation. It was the perfect grand finale to an incredible evening!

The service is top-notch—professional, friendly, and attentive—and the drinks and food truly set this unique speakeasy apart.
